Does anyone know if any other saddle maker other than Black Country makes a close contact saddle with a hoop/freedom/U-shaped tree? I’m not talking about an adjustable gullet type saddle, but one that starts out with that shape of a tree.

Duett only makes hoop tree saddles. I have a dressage saddle and close contact saddle and love them. My horse has no withers and is rather round so they fit him great.

In hoop trees I have a Duett Allegro, and a Frank Baines Reflex. I am about to order a new Duett CC saddles.
What I have found in my recent search, is that not all hoop trees are shaped the same.
(I have a thread in the H/J forum asking about XXW saddles that also lists a bunch of hoop tree options!)

Another thumbs up for Duett. Just got the Rondo (their a/p model) and am still swooning over how the hoop tree fits my mare.
I’m bumping this old thread because I’m riding a round PRE with zero withers. I’m ignorant about hoop tree saddles. Is this the type of saddle I would need for such a horse? I don’t have any pictures but can get some tomorrow.
Possibly. Photos will help. Some can get away with an XW regular tree.
