I am a 24 year old upper level event rider looking for boarding recommendations for the Princeton NJ area. I have just accepted a job in Princeton and am looking for a nice facility within 30 minutes of Princeton/Skillman. Indoor and ample turnout required. I am moving from Southern Pines NC and am fairly unfamiliar with the area so any recommendations are greatly appreciated. I am also searching for accommodations- a barn apartment or anyone looking for a roommate!
I’d also check out Toy Box Farm or Planetta in Ringoes. Toy Box’s owner Carol Blackman is an UL event rider. I don’t believe Planetta has an in house trainer, but local trainers like Tracy Wagner, Amy Howard, and AJ Garrity have students there.

If you can go 15 minutes further, Marilyn Payne is in Oldwick. A ton of event riders up in that area.
How far are you from Split Elm Equestrian Center in Mays Landing, NJ?
Millstone is about 40? minutes, depending on where in Princeton you are. We have Golden Gait Farm (http://www.goldengaitfarm.com/) and Footlight Farm (https://www.footlightfarmnj.com/) both have eventing trainers. If you also look in and around the area, there are many very nice facilities that have indoors and turnouts but may not be specifically for eventing, but are dressage or hunter jumper.
