Horse boarding near Lincoln, NE?

I was accepted into grad school at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln program, which means me and my two horses are transplanting to Lincoln, NE in August.

I’m looking for affordable board as close to UNL as possible, but willing to travel up to 30 minutes for the right place. I need full-care stall board with turnout. Covered/indoor arena is a must-have, and access to trails would be a bonus. Looking to stay under $700 for the two of them-- $600 would be ideal. I’m finding that eventing might be a no-go in this area, but I’d settle for anything hunter/jumper. Any ideas or recommendations? Thanks so much!

Try Quail Run Horse Center at 22021 W. Maple St., Elkhorn, NE 68022 402 289 2159 I don’t know what their board is but it is a lovely facility.

Quail Run is basically Omaha, at least an hour from Lincoln. In Lincoln, try Lincoln Equestrian Center or Middle Cross Stables for the two barns with the best eventing options. There are a few places you want to steer clear from, feel free to PM if you’d like. Omaha has more options generally if you’re ok with the commute, but there are some nice dressage options in Lincoln too!
