uh, OK…
I read it too and thought it was interesting, especially how much longer their horses race.
I have not been to a horse race in France, but I have been to a boarding barn in Nancy France that is spectacular. Beautiful stalls, happy horses, wonderful facilities, up to the minute stall care, and WAY cheaper than here in the States.
