Horse sales contracts examples?

Hey, so I’m listing my first high-ish end horse for sale and want to be prepared when an offer comes along. Is anyone willing to share some examples of sales contracts that would hold up pretty well should something happen? The horse in question has no show record, never been bred, nor had a PPE in her past. 7yo primarily focused on a trail or pleasure home, though she might end up in a broodmare home. I try to be honest and clear in communication and don’t plan to mislead a buyer, but a horse that has been perfectly fine for me to take on a ride may not do as well for a different person, different environment, etc and of course injuries can happen at any time.

In the past I’ve done some simple bills of sale that I picked up through a google search for my state. But I’m not sure if there are loopholes I might want to plug. It would describe the horse, my info and buyer’s info, list whether a PPE was done or not done at buyer’s expense and something along the lines of “as is” no warranties, etc.

I’d love to see some examples if anyone has had similar contracts and possibly hear some horror stories of those cases where someone did try to return a horse, ask for money back, etc. I’m in Texas, but I can check any variations in a contract to make sure they’d be valid here.
