I don’t live there but dating someone who does. He has been learning to ride on my horse (located two hours away from Fresno). Wondering if there is anywhere that he can take lessons (he does not have a horse). BF is a beginner but is very athletic and acquiring good basics- learns fast. He wants to continue learning English riding and hoping to find a good situation for him. Greatly appreciate any input that anyone might have. Also are there any good english tack stores in the area?

It’s not exactly in Fresno, it’s in Sanger, but Black Fence Farms is good! I bought my horse from them and they did a really good job restarting him (OTTB). I’ve never taken a lesson from them but my trainer does bodywork down there and knows the trainer who runs BFF. They’re really nice people. Idk their rates but they do a very good job teaching people to ride and working with horses
