Horse Show Binder

I’m trying to get a gift for a friend and her horse show binder is falling apart at the seams.

I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find someone/somewhere to create a personalized one.

Like for example,
Section for each horse
Subsections for things like coggins, registration, health certs
Sections for show
Sub sections for pattern books, entry info, etc

I saw something on etsy years ago but I cannot find it. And I don’t want to make it myself and make it look like a kindergartens arts and crafts project
