Horse stall lighting

I’m back! Since you all had so much to offer about frost free hydrants, I thought I’d come back and ask what the preferred kind of lighting is for stalls? I’m leaning towards wall mounted LED T8 tube lights in the moisture/dust/vapor protected encasing. I’ve never used them before though. I’m thinking I’d mount them up high in the front of the stall. I heard it helps with stoping shadows from being cast and it’s easier bro see what you are doing with the horse in the stall. True??

Most places I’ve been at use the glass globe inside of a metal wire cage. I would like to avoid things that hang down from the ceiling. Rafters are exposed, so I can’t do can lights.

Good ideas, put lights to better see the horse’s sides and as much as you can underneath coming from the side, not straight overhead, in stalls and aisles.

Those big, beautiful fancy barns with lights all down the middle of the aisle take the prettiest pictures, but for working with horses, not so good to illuminate the top of them so well and the rest of the horse be in the dark.

Picture with light right above horse and from the side, notice the shadows.
Big differences how much of the horse you can see well:
