Has anyone tried to order from this store recently? I ordered a blanket on line and attempted to contact the store as I had made a mistake in the size and my emails get bounced back saying the mailbox is full and no one answers the phone when you call. I tried to get the charge reversed but my CC company won’t start a dispute until 15 days have passed because the website states that they have 15 days to get your order ready.

I found a thread here from 2016(!) stating that the business was shut down. I’m not sure how they can still collect payment for items in this case.

I think they used to have a store in Calgary and one in Edmonton. If I’m thinking of the right place than I bought my DeNiro’s in the Edmonton store in 2016. There was some issue and I think the Calgary store closed, I seem to recall hearing about people with consignment items fighting to get them back.
I’m in Ontario now, but I’m pretty sure the Edmonton store is legit.

I checked out the horselife FB page and there are a few posts from people having the same experience as I am. They have ordered merchandise, paid for it and have not receive it and are unable to contact the company. They do not responds to emails, FB messages or phone calls. I ordered on line as I also live in Ontario.
