Love it! Luckily my SO is very handy and loves working in the garage (on his snowmobiles, sxs, or just fiddling around) so I think that would be very fitting given he limits use of the power tools.

In general, it seems easier for parents to get horse time when their horses are at home. The only exception would be if your boarding barn is big enough to offer lessons and your kids are old enough to take them.
It seems like if a boarding barn had a child care center…man, they could make a killing! They would have to be in a more metro area for it to pay for itself, though.
