Two horses found at dawn on 6/26 in New Milton, WV on St. Rt. 18 south. Bay mare, lovely “hunter” type. Over 15HH. Maybe a TB/Trah cross, running lose with a young, Dun colored stud about 14HH with tri-color mane. Both in good condition and were easily caught although they were scared and had no halters on. Horse folk in 3 counties along with vets, farriers, 4-H, farm extension, riding clubs, etc. have been notified but no one is stepping up to claim them.
