Ah, yet another interesting article about horse sports that floated across my feed this morning. I did not realize that show horses were being microchipped in response to the recent deaths of racehorses.
Hmm. And it appears from this article that USEF now has racing under their jurisdiction! Is the photo of the horse enjoying a roll supposed to be a dying racehorse? Or just a random photo? These folks didn’t put 5 minutes research into this article. One wonders what the point was in posting it.
I think the horse on the cover is actually dead. When they die, they roll over on their backs and stick their legs up. Didn’t you know that?
I tell you, I am so thrilled to hear that microchips in the necks of horses is going to save them from breaking down at high speeds. That’s some real advancement right there.

Adding:
If they die in water, they float bellyup
But, don’t try flushing
@anon40672407 I think I can see sand spraying around in the image, which makes me think it is horse rolling.
psst. You missed the ‘/s’ which means ‘end of sarcasm’ or ‘I’m being ridiculous here’.
HAHA! You must have been wondering “what the heck is she going on about?”
What utter nonsense.
