HorseShowTime- can anyone explain?

Hi, I’m the dressage show chair for our local riding club. For many years we have successfully used a free show database program created by one of our longtime members. THIS year, however, one of our newer members who considers herself the ONLY person who knows how to run a show (h/j, by the way, which were the shows I organized until this year, when I took over the dressage shows) and who is the MOST important person in the club (in her own mind) has convinced the other members of the board to switch to HorseShowTime. I don’t have a problem with that, well, not much anyway, other than I’m an ‘if it’s not broke, don’t fix it’ kind of person, and it wasn’t broken.

Now that you have the backstory, I hope some of you can help me. I have the dressage show program/prizelist ready to go and have sent it in to HST. However, I can’t seem to get the program to appear on the site, so how can people interested in entering see the program? Actually, I can’t get any show prizelist to show up on HST…
Do I have to post the program on our club site and direct the entries to HST? Will HST set the times, or will I have to do that too?

Thanks in advance

Ask her. After all she knows everything. Maybe she has the answer, seriously.

You’re using Claudia’s program, right?

I haven’t used it to set up show entries in years, but I remember it as being extremely user friendly. I would just email Claudia directly and pose all your questions to her.

Got in from helping out at a local fun WE show. With some sort of bug, so I’m letting the dog out to go pee, and as soon as he comes in, he’s getting his treats and I’m going to bed myself with lots of blankets to stay warm

Will absorb the advice tomorrow when I feel better (hopefully), but thanks
