Epic is as Epic does 
For me, it meant walking the 250’ to the barn at 10P, while a sleety rain came down, turning the top of the 4" of snow to a skating rink & not falling flat on my face… Or ass 
Mission accpmplished!
This morning has sun 
So Epic was walking confidently over the crust & then discovering none of the 3 equines had ice balled up in their hooves.
Mud remains frozen, so that Epic awaits a warmup
