Sorry, not computer saavy.
When you are looking at your list of private messages, there is a column of checkboxes down the righthand side. Click on the boxes (which will put in a check mark) of the ones you want to delete.
Then, at the bottom, in the blue bar underneath your messages, there is a line that says “Selected Messages:” with a menu next to it. One of the choices in the menu is “Delete”.

Deleting msg
I’ve tried to empty the folder of my stored messages and nothing happens.
Still 100% full.
Now what?
If the messages didn’t delete, you didn’t follow the instructions posted above.
Make sure to hit the “delete” button after you’ve selected all the messages you want deleted.
