How do I eliminate 2 old alters

Good morning –

I am trying to create my Secret Santa alter, but I am out of email addresses! I have 2 old alters set up on 2 email addresses, and I can’t make a new alter under either of them, since they are already registered. Is there someone I should PM, asking them to wipe out the old SS alters on these 2 email addresses?

I tried to send you a PM, but the ads on the right are completely covering my PM screen, so I can’t send any PMs.

The old Secret Santa alters I would like to deactivate, so I can set up a new one for this year, are:

1. Hillside H Ranchs Elf, which was created in 2010 (note, Ranchs is not possesive, because that was taken by someone else from a previous SS year); and

2. WhatzUp’sElf, which was created in 2011.

I know you all must be really struggling with this new roll out, because frankly it is full of bugs. I think I will be taking a break from the forum, because it is just too frustrating to deal with as a user right now. I am sure you wish you could do the same!
