I would like to purchase another premium membership and use the free classified ad that goes with it, but if I still have time before my current premium membership expires, will the new membership start at the end of the old one, or will they overlap? Thanks!

I believe an email is sent out before a premium membership expires, but I’m not positive.
If you have a current membership, it will say “premium member” under your name on your posts. As far as when it expires, it might tell you under “paid subscriptions” in your User CP. (Or you could always look in your PayPal history.) If not and you reallyreallyreally need to know, I can look it up for you.

I just checked mine, and it does give the dates (start and expiration).
Apparently, mine expired. I tried to renew and am getting weirdness from Paypal. I tried two times, and got through entering CC info and then paypal asked me to log in again, not sure if I’ve been scammed of my CC info… can anyone offer insight on this??
As long as you got there either by typing www.paypal.com into your address bar, or through the links provided in the paid subscriptions section of your user CP on this website, you have not been scammed.
If you weren’t using Paypal before, perhaps try setting your account and CC info up first and then completing the transaction through this site.
furlong - it’s strange , I’ve used Paypal many times, and I’m going directly through this site. So, I’m hesitant to try yet a third time. Argh!!!
BNH - I am having the same problem with PayPal. I sent them an e-mail about it and never heard back, but then got an e-mail asking me to rate their response to my request… :rolleyes:
