I’d like to do a survey, with about 4 or 5 questions. Can I do that, and if so, how?

Click “New Thread” like you would to start a normal thread.
Type in whatever you’d like your thread title and opening post to be like you would normally.
Below the message composition box, check the box that indicates you’d like to include a poll with the thread and select the number of potential responses you’ll provide.
Then you take the leap of faith and “submit thread.”
At that point, a screen will pop up that allows you to enter your poll/survey question and the choices you’d like to provide.
Fill that out and submit, and the poll question will appear on top of your opening post when folks open up the thread.
