How do I upload a picture from Facebook?

Or from my phone camera? I know this has been addressed before but I looked in the FAQ thread and on a few pages here and couldn’t find it.

Hi there ~

At this time, only Premium forum members can upload photos to attach them directly to their posts, so you see a “thumbnail” version of the picture in their post. Other users are welcome to paste a link in their posts of the website URL of a photo from Facebook or another photo sharing site.
