how do you price a used saddle for sale - AND where to sell

A friend in NJ has a saddle from her father’s stuff

its a Bona Allen pleasure seat and was probably never actually used - still has the sheepskin bottom intact

she has tried local ads and an eastern PA tack store consignment

so how does she price for sale and is there a great place to sell used western nearby???
