HOW is Western Dressage/Morgan rider?

I had the pleasure of working with the Opening Ceremony production with the horses (I personally worked with the Culver Black horse troop), but I’ve had a few run in’s with Eitan. What an incredible, sweet, genuine man. I just spoke to my friend who worked directly with Eitan, and she said she spoke to his wife and he is stable. I’ve asked her to keep me updated, and she said she’ll let me know if she hears anything… and I will gladly pass on the information to you all.

Everyone please keep Eitan in your prayers, jingles, hopes, etc. He is a wonderful man, had an amazing performance, and lets hope for a quick & safe recovery !

I believe that you’re referring to one of the Culver horses (if you’re referring to the horse bucking and throwing a little excited-ness in the middle of the arena during the Mardi gras portion of the ceremony). He was just a bit excited from the atmosphere, he was a little antsy in the entry way. This was the largest event that these kids have ever done, and the horse was just a bit excited/nervous. Both horse & rider were fine upon leaving the ring.

Thoughts and prayers for Eitan and his family ~ Jingles & AO ~ Always Optimistic ~

According to the local news station here he is believed to have had a mild heart attack as he exited. He is in a medically induced coma and had to have his spleen removed because of injuries from his fall. He used to use a friend of mine’s horse for some of his expos and my friend was on his up here to see him.

The above is what was reported this morning before I left the hotel, so things may have changed.

Prayers & Jingles:yes:

Apparently when he lost consciousness and fell from the horse he hit a metal guard rail which damaged his spleen. He literally fell at the feet of the paramedics on call though so they were able to keep his heart going and stabilize him for transport to the hospital.

Jingles continue for Eitan and his family ~

Jingles and prayers.
