I just purchased a subscription to read the online magazine and even though I’m logged in (using my new login not my forum login) it won’t let me read the current issue online, it keeps telling me I have to be a subscriber. I’ve logged out and logged back in multiple times. The first time I made it all the way to the page where it listed the Rolex riders for JW’s preview, but now I get the “you must be a subscriber” message the moment I click on the cover of the current issue. What to do?
I just sent a heads-up to the main office about your trouble with the main site/magazine log-in, so hopefully they’ll be reporting in soon.

Some things to check

Thanks for purchasing a subscription!
Here are a couple of things to check. When you log in at www.chronofhorse.com, click on “My Account.” Hit “Edit” and make sure you’ve checked the “subscriber” box.
If that is done, then go ahead and click on the current issue. If doing that gets you a gray page with a message saying “This page requires a subscription. Please use this link to sign in” then go ahead and click on that link. It doesn’t make sense, but that will take you to the magazine. We are working on upgrading our online magazine, but it hasn’t happened yet, so some subscribers are still getting weird error messages.
