How to use "Multi Quote" function

Does anyone know how to use this function? I did a search under FAQ and it just kept bringing me to a page about Polls. Thanks in advance.

Go down the thread and click the “multi-quote” button on all the posts you want to quote. The ones you selected will turn red.

Then click the “Post Reply” button and the quoted material will already be there.
