I think that is a typo–“doping”. Not familiar with quarter horse racing, but an abnormal win ratio was something that got some thoroughbred trainers investigated in NY I thought? The investigations started (I thought I read-cant find now) in NY because some paper pusher type flagged to the NY racing Commissioners (?) the win percentage as abnormal for Navarro? It seems an abnormal win percentage is being used to flag trainers to be investigated for doping. Not sure how it all unfolded but they got probable cause to do wire tap and that reaped all kinds of evidence—now I got go read about how the Navarro matter started!
