There are some products that like to make us think that because they have multiple forms, not just the alpha form, but others, and especially all 8 forms, that it’s somehow better. But there’s a reason nearly everyone uses the alpha-tocopherol form - it’s the most bioavailable in supplemental form. And, there’s nothing out there showing that adding more forms offers compounding benefits.
