I am curious as to what each Hunt does for their Hunt Ball. Is there only one party/ball for the year? Is that usually at the end of the year? Any details of your ball would help my research

Traders Point Hunt
Red Rock Hounds does theirs as the end of the regular season. They will hunt a little longer, informally after the ball. They make a weekend out of it, generally having a hunter pace, closing hunt, and the ball.
The ball changes every year. They have done Denim & Diamonds, they have done formal balls, and they have done themed balls. It is catered. There is booze. This past one (I was not able to attend) was roaring 20’s themed. It was at a historic bar/casino. They have also done balls in pop-up tents at the ranch, and they have rented ball rooms for the more formal years. They do the awarding of colors and scarletts, along with other year end awards at the ball each year.
