I’m trying to plan out my spring schedule and am thinking about the May HT at Hunt Club. Has anyone been here recently? How was it? The posts I could find on it were all from several years ago. We would be going BN. Thanks for any input.
It’s a really nice local event.
I think I’ve done all the levels at some point, including the unrec BN last weekend.
Dressage is on grass, SJ warms up on grass and show jumps on footing. XC is fairly flat, the first half is pretty open and the later part of the course is a bit twisty. If you’ve done CDCTA, Hunt Club is very nearby and the terrain is similar (pretty flat, a lot of bedrock which they have worked tirelessly to reduce).
IME the BN has always been pretty straightforward.

I’ve shown and schooled there several times in the past couple of years at BN/N. It’s a lovely, well-managed venue. @Beam_Me_Up’s description is spot on. Have a great time!
