Hi! I’m an adult amateur looking to get back into riding after years away in SE Wisconsin (western Milwaukee county/Waukesha area). I used to ride at hunter/jumper barns, but I’m pretty open to discipline, whether that’s another jumper barn, a dressage barn, or multidiscipline. I figure I won’t be jumping for a long while anyway, and I’ll need to build up my foundation all over again.
I’ve been out of the game for a while so I’m not sure what to expect budget wise, but I’d prefer to take private lessons on a school horse. Google turns up quite a lot of lesson barns, I’m just not sure which ones are a.) reputable and b.) cool with an adult in her 30s who isn’t interested in showing!
