Welcome! Unfortunately, not much here in the way of h/j. You have several options in Auburn, but in south Alabama you pretty much just have Little Star Stables. Christian at LS is a fantastic trainer, though. We do the A circuit shows in Pensacola and Atlanta.
If you’re not looking for a show barn but want your daughter to have fun and become one heck of a rider, the Jenne Farm in Newton is an amazing place and is much closer to you. You can board there and haul yourself to shows if that’s what you want to do. Board is very affordable and it is a blast to ride at.
There is Alison Jones at Destiny Farm in Fairhope. Not sure how far that is from you, but I know someone who rode there and loved it.
Welcome to the Deep South! You could board on Fort Rucker, if you aren’t military they have allowed civilians to board there. They offer lessons, I don’t know who instructs and what level of instruction they offer. There isn’t a lot in Enterprise itself boarding wise, most people keep horses at home since it’s so affordable. There won’t be much in the way of H/J shows in the immediate area, Montgomery, Birmingham, Atlanta yes. I’m not sure I would want to board in Montgomery or Auburn, that’s a long drive to have to do very often. Fairhope is a couple of hours from Enterprise, it’s over towards Mobile. We used to have a H/J barn in Chancellor, Harmony Farms but they have moved to Ocala, don’t know who is leasing their farm or if they offer boarding etc.
Ft. Rucker has a nice facility, but it is eventing oriented. They have some jumper shows and combined training but no hunters. If you are looking for eventing, Andrew Palmer is in Abbeville.
Not sure how far you’re willing to travel but hands down Aubrey Hill is #1 down here for an A barn. They’re in Milton, Fl and the trainer is Michael Newman, I’ve not heard a single bad thing about the barn and they always have a great turnout for shows no matter if they’re local, A or AA they travel as well.
I had a horrible experience with Aubrey Hill, and that would be almost a 2 hour drive for OP.
If you’re looking for an A barn I would go with Little Star in Graceville, FL.
