Relocating back to Pittsburgh. Gave up a lease at an A circuit show barn back in Chicago. I am an adult and need a lesson program to start off again, I guess. I am also an adult rider. Where do people ride in Pittsburgh? Any trainers worth looking into who might be able to work with me?
This is probably the biggest one.
I haven’t lived in PGH in decades but it’s not going to be as big of a scene as you’re coming from. I did ride at BarGee and it was great. You didn’t say where in PGH but it likely won’t be workable if you’re south of the tunnel.
Yeah that’s what I heard. Everything seems to be north of the city for hunter jumper. We are still looking for a place so I am glad that we didnt commit to the south hills area. This scene is definitely different than what I spent the last few years doing. At the last barn I was at all of the horses were on a consistent and thoughtful program. I really miss it. Hopefully it will all work out.
