I’m hoping to find a few hunts or hunter paces that are within a reasonable driving distance of Charlotte (I’ll be coming from and hour North and a friend will be coming from 45 minutes South East of Charlotte). I have found the Yadkin Valley Hounds and inquired about hunting as a guest but was wondering what other hunts are in the area. I hunted with Orange County in Middleburg but have not been out since moving to NC.

I don’t hunt myself but there are 2 hunts in my area, Polk County, NC, which is an easy 90 minutes west of Charlotte: Tryon Hounds (since 1926) and Green Creek Hounds. Not sure what you think is reasonable distance 
Also check out SC, which has hunts in Camden and the Low Country.
The Camden Hunt hosts a really nice Hunter Pace every Fall and Spring. When I get the flier in the mail I will try to remember to post the information for it.
I used to do Hunter Paces at FENCE in Landrum, SC. Not terribly far from Charlotte, and a lot of fun.
To add to Donkerbruin’s suggestion, the FENCE HP is part of a full Western Carolina HP series that runs each September-May in the Tryon area and upstate SC, as far south as Clemson U. Usually 2 HPs per month. You can check out the schedule at wchpace.org
I went out with Why Worry in Aiken as a guest, and had a really fun day. Everyone was very welcoming. Not sure if Aiken is too far for you. Probably 2 1/2 hours from Charlotte.
