My daughter recently got a 17" 2A flat Devoucoux saddle. We are having a hard time finding a show pad to fit correctly due to the saddle being wider in the back. We have tried Eco Gold and Wilkers, without success. Has anyone else had this problem and/or can you recommend a pad that might work for her?

There’s also wilkers; they will make a pad custom to the size needed. They also have a lot of templates available so they may already have the correct size on file.

Wilkers is your solution although it’s not obvious on their website. What you have to do is click through the options as though you’re ordering a CWD pad and then at the end you’ll get a comment box where you explain that you want a pad for your Devoucoux. Provide all the size info (I simply put in the code from the flap). My personal preference is having a tad more pad at the rear of the saddle, so I request that an additional inch in length be added there. Total cost: less than $75, iirc. Total happiness at having a show pad that fits my saddle: priceless.

I think the Toklat ones are pretty good with my Devacoux, it’s also a 17"/
