Just saw online that a Paso mare went through the fence on Locktown Road in Kingwood two weeks ago and hasn’t been found yet. Bay, star, police have seen hoofprints in unexpected places (parking area of local business, etc.) but no one has reported seeing her. If you find a stranger grazing near your fenceline, call the State Police Kingwood Barracks. I can’t imagine how the owner feels - she must be frantic!
