Hunter's Bump?

I did try to use the search engine to find info, but came up with a zero.

So, what experience do you have with horses that have a “Hunter’s Bump?” I thought that it was caused by an injury to the sacrum, which would be a red flag on a horse that I wanted to purchase for Eventing. I would do a pre-purchase, but before I invest in one, I thought to ask for your thoughts and experiences.
