Hey, Betsy, I have a friend from Tallahassee (boarding here currently ) with two NICE event horses who likes to come to Middleburg/the Plains for the summer to train with Karen and show.
She needs a house/apt/barn apt and possible stabling for her two horses. (She needs 2 or 3 bedrooms as she brings her children too).
Do you know of anything nice, or someone we should contact???

Yes. Have her contact my friend/student Julie Nicholas with, I think Remax, or maybe Long and Foster. Just google her name and realtor, Warrenton, and she’ll come up. She’ll know of a place.
