So I am currently writing a speech about HYPP, and I am continually coming across the same secondhand warnings about a N/H horse having an attack while being ridden and injuring the rider. Does anyone have an example of an actual incident where a rider has been injured/died?
Second hand warnings as in Journal articles and warnings from vets or are you looking for people with horses with issues or fatalities?
Or just looking for people that got hurt riding a horse with seizures?
The dead ones are fairly safe for a rider.
I’m looking for a firsthand story of someone who was injured or killed by a horse having a seizure, although any insightful HYPP story would be appreciated.
