I am spell bound

I think the Freestyle the most fabulous of all great Dressage. I just fell in love with Digby - but they all are fantastic.

More to come

omg Fuego XII

I love this - I love this

I am so happy for you that you are there! Time for Simone to get some Toto brothers and sisters.

omg - Toto got a 91 - with the break - well - no one can beat his piaffe -

Coreene - I think Ravel’s was better. I don’t know the scores yet -

more technical - harder

won’t beat TOTO

Ravel is a beautiful horse and his test was lovely but wasn’t as good as Totilas.
Fuego made me grin more than a dressage test has ever made me grin- fantastic!

I love all the top three - Mistral, Toto, Ravel - they were breathtaking to watch.

and there are others so fantastic - Digby for one - the young horse Dablino, and - of course - Fuego

this is bliss

Fuego was INCREDIBLE. As someone who doesn’t follow dressage very much that horse makes me want to watch. (Along with Toto… but Fuego took the cake tonight, in my opinion.)

Of course, Totilas is the master, but following Fuego… even he lost a little of his shine.

Still, am thrilled that Toto won; well deserved! Love Totilas.

I am not a dressage person so I’m sure there are a bunch of reasons why the judges ranked the horses as they did, but as a non-dressage person just watching for fun, I found Ravel’s program to be much more entertaining. It kept my attention the entire time, whereas with Totilas’ I was kind of wondering how much longer it was going to be. Sure he had a much more animated trot and all but there was something about Ravel that had me captivated!

Wow!!! Totilas is so expressive, but exudes relaxation at the same time. IMVHO, that’s what Fuego needs to go from amazing to world beater- a little more relaxation so he can bring the tempo down to keep his hind legs underneath himself, and bend in the half pass.

Ravel was amazing, with a ton of difficulty. Imke had the best canter music for her horse, but Sunrise seemed a little tired in the trot work. Mistral Hojris seemed tired as well- I was blown away by him earlier this week, but not as much tonight.

Just give me Fuego and I’ll let the rest of you fight over Toto  Fuego was my clear favorite tonight

I had been dying to see Toto, and he was fantastic but I have to admit I enjoyed Fuego the most. Just the sheer joy in both partners was breathtaking!

any free videos online? I’d love to see Fuego and Totilas.

I get to watch tomorrow - goodbye Saturday chores.

NBC is supposed to show some of the Freestyles this weekend. I think they start around Noon on Sunday.

I was blown away by Fuego XII and Juan, Ravel looked a little tired and had the highest degree of difficulty, and Toto was his wonderful self even with the bobble. It was hard for me to concentrate after watching Fuego. (just so emotional)

Ravel!

I am a huge Ravel (and Steffen) fan. The horse appears to really enjoy his job and they appear to have a great partnership. Their freestyle was 8 minutes of viewing pleasure for me!
