I am an adult re rider with anxiety and wanted to lease a calm horse for eventually doing BN when I felt confident. I was going to lease but my trainer found a 14 year old TB that is perfect. The owner wanted to sell instead of lease so I made a decision. He is the best partner! Lots of groundwork and getting to know him. As a first time horse owner, I still am figuring out everything but I have a good trainer and I joined Pony Club.

How wonderful!! Surely you have some photos of your new boy? Wishing you lots of great memories. Rejoining PC as an adult was one of the best things I ever did for my riding.

FWIW, my TB was still capable of Training level Eventing well into his 20s.
Me? Not so much as I was ending my 50s by then 
& not into training that hard.
