Thank you all! I am over the moon excited to meet her on Sunday.
So far Noodle is still the top contender, but we’ll wait until we meet her to make a final decision. I also really like Nola, my husband proposed to me in New Orleans, so it holds a special place in my heart!

I liked the suggestion of Natty.
My daughter has a lovely little friend named Nyla and I like that, too!
My mother’s favourite girl name is Nuala.
If you plan to keep her, than a barn name like Noodle is fine. If you plan to flip her or make her a resale project, then that name doesn’t do her justice - she’s far to elegant to be named something like Noodle. She’s really pretty and refined, so something feminine like Nora, Naomi, Nyla, Nadia, Nia, Nola, Nina, Naya, or Naila would be nice. Noodle is very cute though, and would be a perfect name for a resale pony! If you plan to keep her, then Noodle is fine! But it doesn’t in any way support how pretty and elegant she is. I always feel bad when horses keep getting their barn named changed so it’s nice to send them on with something that fits them well and appeals to a broader audience when possible. I do think Needy is terrible (I had to rename my greyhound from “Clemmy” as she was Odd Clementine) and I totally understand the name change there!
No matter what you call her, congratulations! She’s lovely no matter which way you go!

AWww she is gorgeous! I think Noodle is cute, but I have to agree with atl, she seems much more feminine and elegant than a “Noodle.” I love Nola, especially with the connection to NOLA for you, or Nina!
I also agree, Nola is perfect!! Congrats, she is adorable. Can’t wait to hear of your adventures!

I think you should call her Neeka- I like the way that sounds, and you can spell it how ever you want Neeka, Neaka, Nika,etc. Or Nova, or Nicolette, or Nea
She is at Ballyclare OTTBs in VA - they have had quite a few very fancy ones come through since I’ve been following them on Facebook!

Not flipping, she is ALL MINE! 
I definitely am liking Nola more and more anyway though! I’ve decided to wait until I meet her to decide, personality will have a lot to do with it!

Ok I creeped the photos of your new girl and DANG. She looks like a WB. And those ears! I can’t handle those face-on photos where they are drooping out to the side like airplane wings. I want to kiss all over her face.
