I keep getting logged off COTH on my phone

So, I have to repeatedly log in every time when on my phone; if I answer a text or check e-mail, etc., it immediately logs me off and I have to log back in again (and there’s no auto-fill)

Help?

I’m assuming you have the “remember me” box checked when you log in and that this is a new behavior.

Do you have cookies enabled on your phone? Any recent phone updates?

I would try clearing the cache and cookies on your phone (you can clear cookies selectively for just our site so you don’t lose saved passwords for other sites). If you let me know your phone’s Internet browser, I can help find a tutorial to do this if you need one.

Thanks for responding! Even AFTER logging in, I can’t respond (or post) from my phone This has been going on for over a week.

Cleared the cache, not sure about cookies? I did clear “everything” - and yes - I always check the “remember me” box.

Internet browser is Safari.

I remember having this problem before, and somehow we fixed it?, but I don’t remember how. TIA for ANY help!!

Are you using private browsing on safari? I could see that as being problematic…
