Recommendations for magazines, books, websites. Where would you send someone to learn about the horses, what is going on with breeders, etc? Sources could be breed specific or cover both PRE & PSL.

I’ve read basic things and done a google search. I was hoping for recommendations from people familiar with the breed. How do I learn who is who, what is going on, etc.
