Think they’re really overrated. I purchased them for sale from the outlet for 1/2 price and still wouldn’t spend that again. The ice packs melt too fast (< 20 min). They also don’t cover much of the leg. I bought some from Horze and am much happier with those. They are longer and hold the cold longer.
