Ideas for my horses birthday party

My horse will celebrate his birthday at our next show. Any ideas for a small celebration for him? I’m thinking some champagne and a cake but anything else?

How about an “edible arrangement” type thing? It wouldn’t even have to be one you buy, do a DIY with fruit/veg the guest of honor likes.

Don’t forget a hat for the birthday boy if he tolerates that sort of thing. The dollar store is great for those. Add a happy birthday banner/crepe paper to the stall front (if permitted) and celebrate!

Wait…is this for the people or the horse?

what does a horse care about champagne?

Carrot cake seems obvious.
Decorate the stall …

Is the horse old enough to drink?

Champagne will be for people!! If you are near Syracuse NY june 29 please join us.

I have never seen someone over the age of 15 throw a full scale birthday party…for a horse.

Lol…you dont know horse show people then!

I’m also not at all concerned about what age I should or shouldn’t be having a celebration. I will take you off the guest list .

Don’t forget a designated photographer for the party.

Yes my SO will stand in for sure! Thank you.

It’s that day’s reason to drink. Who cares! It sounds fun. I don’t celebrate my horses birthday but if ya have a reason for food, drink and good company have at it.

Exactly!!! It’s all in a good fun day. Thank you.

So @soloudinhere was on the guest list, is it a big list?

I know horse show people, we party lots, but we have enough ideas to take us way into the future.

I mean if you want to have real fun have a unicorn party, a friend did that, rainbows, glitter and horns as far as you could see…

oh I totally understand! My congrats to the happy couple!

 Have you seen the meme about that, only it’s about the cat?

I usually celebrate my horse’s birthday with carrots, starlight mints, Altoids, beer which he always refuses to drink, and cookies for the humans.

Sounds like a good time!!

My older gelding turned 16 at our last show a few weeks ago. We celebrated with a few blue ribbons and he got his fair share of stud muffin slims. He won’t have a clue what day it is so a few extra treats or a horse carrot cake will probably make his day. How old will he be?
