My imported Irish Gelding has the Traditional Irish Horse Stamp on his passport, he’s strictly TB/ID. I believe it works out to about 20-25% ID, and remaining TB. I am somewhat familiar with the registry, but I’ve never been a member myself. After a fairly successful year competing, I’m curious if it would be worth registering him with their society. I’m a points and prize girly, but as we continue love that he represents the traditional irish horse stamp.
I’d need to contact the breed registry to see if we’d to do a DNA testing, or if his irish passport with the stamp is enough to complete registration.
