If you cannot reset your password because your email address is not recognized, because you no longer have access to the email address on your account, or if you simply haven’t yet TRIED to reset your password, DO NOT FILL OUT THIS FORM. See this Help forum topic for that particular issue. If all that fails, THEN you may ask me to change it for you… but don’t expect me to do it just to save you the trouble of trying to do it yourself.
