If you get an "email unrecognized" error when trying to reset/retrieve your password

If you are using the password retrieval/reset form at this URL:

… and are getting an error that your email address is “unrecognized”…

First, check your typing and make sure you entered the email address correctly. If so, try any other email addresses you might have used.

If that doesn’t work, you can either fill out this form to request that I change the email address on your account to one that you do remember and have access to, or you can simply email or PT me and ask me what the email address is, if you think you might still have access to it.
