I have a lot of pintos - have never had a problem with burning! The only thing that is higher maintenance is getting them clean :lol:

That wasnt always easy. The breed associations are not giving me any breaks, and Id like to say "I donT care", but I have to be careful, I am not finacially independent and sometimes I wonder if I wouldnt be smarter playing by their rules. I have the mares to do so, but then again, didnt I come to the USA because its the land of opportunity??? Hello, anybody else out there trying to live a dream and actually make a living??? I have 2 (no…3 now!) all white ones. They have 1 blue and 1 brown eye…so half sensitive?? They live out. The only problems I have had is sunburn around the nose and eyes, so they wear a long nose mask and get sunscreen on the tip of the nose. Depends on where you live too. Way South would probably be worse. Cool horse. I dont even try to keep the white ones white. They get a double shampoo with Mr.Blue if they have to go to a show…but rest of the time? No.
Oh this makes me want to get out my checkbook - first to buy the lovely filly and second to hire a groom to do all the work of keeping her clean. :eek:
