If you like color, you'll LOVE this gal!!

The caption pretty much says it all, but the ranch who hosted our RPSI inspection (Cocalalla Creek Sporthorses), presented this beauty:

I’m not even a color nut and I found her stunning! Amazing pedigree as well. I believe she also scored Gold Premium.

Wow! That is a flashy baby! I wouldn’t mind having one that looks like that!

Wow…and not a white hair (or many) on the mare. Gotta love color genetics!!

I like the white with the black legs. Neat pattern

Very very nice:yes:

They seem to have quite a few nice ones

Drool, Drool, Drool.

Is she by Radikal?

My money is that it’s a Wolkenzauber filly. She looks so much like him!

I would think she must be by Radikal?

She is a Radikal baby, out of La Prairie, named Real Prada. She is stunning!

Yup and here’s a link to her page. Her dam, La Prairie is Londonderry/Weltmeyer

gasps Isn’t she just fantabulous?!

Excellent example of how paint and AQHA can be incorporated succesfully into a sporthorse breeding program!.. Kudos allround in my opinion!!

That pink under that white just turns me off. Not that she is not pretty, but that pink skin burns so easy. A friend had a mostly white pinto that he had to be very careful of in the summer due to sunburns.

My filly has a pink nose and that is irritating enough for me, but then I like to ‘keep costs down’ by keeping my horse out as much as possible (straw costs money!) and my friend had to keep his horse in during the day most of the summer.

She’s one that I would say pretty to look at but glad she’s not mine to take care of.

Prada is 7/8th Hanoverian, all imported lines, but I am not ashamed to say her greatgrandmother came from North Dakota, got her at the sale in Mandan in 1996!

She is outside all day, we have a flymask on her to protect her eyes, she makes a sport out of getting rid of it fast. She has not burned. Notice her eyes are dark, not blue. I think that has something to do with the sensitvity of her skin as well. I will be happy to take care of her for the rest of her life…
For horses with sensive noses…the cashel crusader masks with long noses work perfect! we cut the ends off just a bit so it doesnt cover the nostrils. Then they dont mind wearing them at all.

Exactly - I heart Radikal, and while I haven’t seen ALL his kids, I have loved every one I HAVE seen. Not just for the color either - I’ve seen some nice solid ones as well

I like the color along with the big movement. I would likely be looking for the tatoo guy to do around her eyes tho… a little protective eyeliner is a good thing.

Oh no, this horse burneed her shoulders, back, legs, everywhere. That mare also had blue eyes, so she may have had more sensitivity than yours. Made me REAL gunshy about any white. I’m even a bit upset that my filly has a white nose!

WOW !!!

WOW ```

what is her name ?

“REAL PRADA”, because she is a designer filly… and I always wanted to have a real prada!
