I'm thinking about buying an adjustable tree saddle - experiences?

I’ve decided to bit the bullet and buy myself a new jumping saddle. I’ve been out of the horse world for a while and there have been a ton of technological changes that have happened. I’m a little overwhelmed and looking for advice/your opinions. Because I don’t own my own horse, I was thinking an adjustable tree saddle might be a good idea (I’ve worked with 4 horses in the last 2 years)
Just the facts: I am an eventer. I do not own my own horse but have a lease. My body type is almost exactly like Margie Goldstein, if https://192168ll.onl/ https://xender.vip/ https://testmyspeed.onl/
Margie worked an office job (5’0", short, muscular legs, kinda big butt).

I’m open to any and all suggestions. Thanks all!

I tend to try and stay away from movable parts on horse equipment just because those things are usually the first to break. I haven’t ridden in that one personally, but other HDR’s, and they are decent if you like them. I’d take a look in person and sit in one before you commit to buying it. The only review I could find online was that it only adjusts 1-1.5’, which may not be enough for the average person who would NEED an adjustable tree, rather than padding up/down.

I will always advocate for buying a used higher-end saddle rather than pay retail for something lesser-quality. Balance and small details like better stitching make them a better investment, IMO.
