In-Person Animal Communicator - southern NY

A group of us at the barn are looking for an animal communicator to come and do a few in-person sessions with our horses. Everyone I’ve used previously is via phone or email - any recommendations out there for someone (credible) who is local to or would be open to traveling to the northern Westchester County area? TIA!

Just curious. Why are you looking for somebody who does it in person?

I have toyed with the idea of trying an animal communicator, but I have not actually done it yet. Most of the ones I’ve heard about seem to be not in person.

Fifteen years ago, all I heard about was in-person. These days, anything can be remote. I imagine it helps increase client base.

I heard about one communicator who vastly preferred email, because people always interrupted her, making her lose the connection.

I’ve used Joanna at The Wild Thread multiple times, and she’s been amazing. I know she travels to shows to do in person sessions. Maybe if you have enough people she’ll travel to you?

I’ve had good experiences with both in person and remote sessions but have found that in person is a bit more informative - and interesting to see the horse’s physical responses. The best person I ever worked with was an equine massage practitioner and was able to communicate - her sessions were fantastic but that was 20 years ago.

And, there are a few at the barn who are interested in the sessions as well so we thought perhaps most efficient for someone to come out, do our horses 1:1 and then we do a group debrief, hangout sessions, maybe a glass of wine at the end of the day

First time I used a communicator was 1996 & it was by phone.
She (Lydia Hiby from CA) was excellent & I used her again a couple years later.
Then, many years later, I used one from MD - also by phone - but she’s since quit her business.
I found the phone consults very interesting & would do it again.

In person would be fun, but AFAIK, not offered near me.
